SERDANG, January 16 - The Malaysian Aging Research Institute (MyAgeing™), UPM organized a special Integrity Course for MyAgeing™ staff.

A total of 21 MyAgeing™ staff members comprising of Management Groups, Non-Academics, and Executives attended this course. At the beginning of the course, a welcoming speech was delivered by the Director of MyAgeing™, Associate Professor Dr. Halimatus Sakdiah Minhat. Subsequently, the course was conducted by Mr. Azizi Ismail, Head of the Governance and Integrity Division in the morning session, and Ms. Noremy Busu, Head of Organizational Development Section, Registrar's Office, in the afternoon session.

The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of Integrity definitions, concepts, and values, to internalize and practice them, to have accountability while performing duties in service, to understand and comply with enforced safety instructions, and to understand the responsibility of reporting misconduct.

Integrity is crucial for success in one's career. By remaining committed to Integrity, staff can set a positive example for others and ensure a better workplace experience for all.
