SERDANG, Sept 4 - Ukhwah Padu Entrust Sdn. Bhd. (UPE), the operator of MyAgeingCares, has conducted a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development Workshop for Aged Care. This workshop took place over 2 months, from 3^rd July 2023 to 4^th September 2023. UPE appointed Dawjie Sdn. Bhd./Darul Insyirah as consultants to develop the SOP.

MyAgeing™ was also given the opportunity to participate in this workshop to gain new knowledge and skills. This SOP is a mandatory requirement in the MyAgeingCares management agreement to ensure that the services provided by care center operators are consistent and of high quality. Six (6) main procedures have been developed, including Entry Procedures, Emergency, Food, File Care and Storage, Daily Activities, and Public Relations.

Meanwhile, Ukhwahpadu Entrust Cares (UPEC) commenced operations on 2^nd May 2023 located at MyAgeing™. UPEC caters to seniors who are capable of self-care and are willing to participate in planned activities, ensuring that seniors at UPEC fully benefit from their involvement in these activities.
